The C. L. A. Group’s President, Laurence Socci, is a registered lobbyist who brings 20 years of experience to bear for the firm’s clients expertly representing their issues and needs before Congress. He has experience with issues ranging from Appropriations and Defense to Small Business and Tax. He serves as a primary point of contact with federal decision makers in both the House and Senate.
