We get to know each of our clients and their needs and issues intimately. Having a greater understanding of our clients' specific needs and issues enables us to become an extension of our clients on Capitol Hill and the federal government. We know that the best way to represent our clients is to know their needs and issues inside out; that’s what we strive to do.
Relationships with Members of Congress
Since 1998, we have been working for our clients on many diverse issues. We have worked with Republicans and Democrats in the House and Senate as well as three different presidential administrations and with almost every federal agency. Clients benefit from our relationships because we know the who, what, when, where, why and how of getting client issues heard by the right people at the right time.
Communications
We have been successful in building long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers in Congress and the federal government by maintaining active communications. We use a wide variety of communcation tools -- from phone, fax and e-mail, to social media, like Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, to traditional public relations. Our clients' message gets heard by key decision makers.
