Introduction
The C.L.A. Group provides government relations and lobbying services to national organizations, non-profit groups, and other entities whose legislative needs has given the firm a diverse portfolio of experience.

Throughout the course of working as the Washington Representative on behalf of clients, The C.L.A. Group works with state agencies and state government officials, federal agencies and federal officials, and other legislative officials to provide detailed, quality services.

An initial consultation with prospective clients helps The C.L.A. Group determine how best to achieve effective government relations to benefit the individual needs of each client.

After understanding the goals of the client, The C.L.A. Group will develop creative strategies to meet those goals by implementing a thoughtful, well-planned course of action.

Rendering Services to the Client
The C.L.A Group provides government relations services as outlined above at project rates or under monthly or yearly retainer agreements.

Specific estimates of time, fees, and costs are provided to each client and depend on the unique needs and timeframes as requested by the client.

Clients are billed on a monthly basis. A detailed report of the work accomplished and the hours involved will be included with each invoice.
